The I Will Association was founded in 2002 by Tatiana Kotova and her father, Vladimir Kotov, on a simple yet powerful belief: that every child, no matter their circumstance, deserves the chance to dream, learn, and thrive. Together, Tatiana and Vladimir turned this belief into action—building computer centers, restoring orphanages, and supporting children in need through education, technology, and care. Today, Tatiana continues Vladimir’s legacy through a range of educational and mentoring initiatives, including the annual Vladimir’s Cup, a national programming competition for children in Ukraine, as well as coaching programs that foster resilience, confidence, and purpose—the empowering spirit of “I Will.”
Since 2025, the Cosmikk-Foundation has been supporting the I Will Association by offering resilience workshops for teachers and parents. These workshops help strengthen personal resilience, foster supportive relationships, and create a stable foundation for those guiding and caring for the children in the association’s programs.
