Note on transferring donations

Due to a new EU regulation, from October 2025 onwards, your bank may display a message regarding discrepancies in recipient details when you make a donation by bank transfer. The reason for this is that our foundation is a trust foundation. The account is therefore formally managed by our trustee – and this is precisely what triggers the automatic recipient verification under the new EU regulation.

Please always use the above transfer details for donations to the COSMIKK Foundation: Recipient ‘Stifter für Stifter’, reference ‘Spende Stiftung COSMIKK Foundation´. Your donation will, of course, be safely credited to our foundation's account.

Donation receipt

For donations of 301 euros or more, you will automatically receive a donation receipt from the Haus des Stiftens by post. Please state the donor's name and address in the reference field.

For donations of up to 300 euros, please use a printout of the simplified proof of donation and enclose it with your tax return.
